The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $25.00 to $26.00 hourly.
The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
We are looking for full-time Activity Director. Responsibilities: Maintains current documentation in the Medical records according to federal/state requirements and facility policy Maintains orderly inventory of equipment and supplies and purchases new items as needed Observes that residents are participating within their physical capability without exceeding any restrictions or precautions Post monthly activity calendars in a timely manner Schedules and conducts a variety of activities to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment Interacts effectively with other residents' services according to the team effort described in the care plan Completes initial an on going activity assessments as scheduled for all residents Develops individual resident care plans to address activity needs in cooperation with the interdisciplinary team Supervise activity staff and volunteers to assure appropriate programming is maintained as scheduled Qualifications: Strong supervisory and organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Able to be creative, enthusiastic and innovative in activity programming One year experience in a SNF recreational program preferred Submit your application and join our award-winning team!
