Educate patients and their families about injury prevention strategies and home exercise programs. Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic exercises to improve patients' strength, flexibility, and endurance. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Qualifications for a Physical Therapist: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain licensure). CPR certification. Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
