The Sage Group's client, an American company operating an online marketplace for short- and long-term homestays and experiences, is searching for a seasoned Program Manager to drive strategic programs across the business.
Role Overview: As a Senior Program Manager at Airbnb, you will play a pivotal role in driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance our client's platform and elevate the user experience. You will collaborate with various teams, including product, engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful execution of strategic programs that align with our client's mission and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership: Lead complex, high-impact programs from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, design, and other teams to drive program success, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.Strategic Planning: Develop and execute program strategies, including defining objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and drive continuous improvement.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of experience in program management, preferably in technology or e-commerce environments.Proven track record of leading complex projects with cross-functional teams.An experienced product mindset to tie strategy and execution together.Expert collaborator that is able to understand consumer, technology, and design.Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Understands best practices, drives improvements, and focuses on simplification.Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).Duration: 1 year, opportunity to extend and/or convert

Compensation: $85 - $100/hr DOE
