Disciplines to be taught may include: Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Leadership, Business Analytics, Agribusiness, etc. Candidates must hold at least a Master's in Business Administration. Courses taught will be determined according to the individual's training and experience. Professional experience is a plus.

This position is responsible to cultivate and maintain the institution's Catholic identity and its mission to empower graduates to transform society. Work Performed: Teach courses appropriate to academic qualifications, in online and/or face-to-face learning environments. Inform students of their progress by promptly returning graded assignments, quizzes, and exams with appropriate feedback. Submit mid-term and final grades on Jet Stream by designated deadlines. Utilize the Learning Management Systems, i.e. Canvas, and other technology as appropriate. Report performance assessment data as required/requested. Consult with the Dean or Assistant Dean of the School of Business regarding concerns. The above information is not meant to be all-inclusive. Legally authorized to work in the United States. A Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form. Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions. Ability to establish and maintain a good rapport with university faculty and staff, students, and the general public. Must be able to teach onsite in Wichita, Garden City or Dodge City, Kansas. Preferred Qualifications: Evidence of excellence in university teaching. Interpersonal and relationship building skills. Evidence of successful decision making in a collaborative environment.
