About the Department:
The George Mason University College of Education and Human Development and its Athletic Training Program invites applications from highly qualified Adjunct Faculty to teach a variety of courses at the undergraduate and graduate level including the following: First Aid/CPR, Functional Anatomy, Orthopedic Evaluation, Pathopharmacology, and therapeutic interventions/exercise.

Responsibilities:
Instructors will teach in a face-to-face or hybrid mode on the Science and Technology campus in Manassas, VA. Quality instruction and responsive feedback to guide student growth are essential.
Required Qualifications: Master's or doctorate degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science or a related field; and Experience or proficiency in the instructional area of interest. Preferred Qualifications: Athletic Training Board of Certification (BOC) certified or other relevant certification; Commonwealth of Virginia Licensed as an athletic trainer or other health care provider; University teaching experience; Knowledge of Blackboard or other learning management systems; and Evidence of successful teaching a similar course.
