Job DescriptionThe School of Medical Imaging and Therapeutics seeks an adjunct faculty member to deliver high quality learning experiences and education for students in the BS Completion program in Respiratory Therapy. The selected candidate will have responsibilities teaching online courses to undergraduates. Courses taught will be based on need and candidates' expertise Requirements Required: Master's degree in Respiratory Care or equivalent Required: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) of good standing with the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) Proof of current State Respiratory Care License in good standing Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Respiratory Therapy Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience at the college/university level or in the clinical setting. Minimum of 1 year experience using an online learning management system either as a student or educator Commitment to undergraduate, graduate and/or professional education and student success in the online environment Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment Excellent organizational and communication skills Must be able to work independently and effectively interact with a wide array of parties at all levels (students, faculty, administration/staff, alumni, and external constituents, including healthcare industry professionals) Apply
