**Administrative Assistant**
**Job Type:** Temporary (2-month contract)
**Pay Range:** $21.00/hr (potentially up to $23.00/hr for exceptional candidates)
**Shift Availability:** 2nd and 3rd shift (weekly schedule, not daily)
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Standard Works and SOP Formatting Specialist to join our team for a temporary position.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Format standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other work documents according to company guidelines.
+ Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to ensure accurate and efficient document creation.
+ Adapt to varying shift requirements, including a primary schedule from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM and availability for cross shifts from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
+ Flexibility to adapt to different shifts as required.
