The Administrative Assistant will assist the Director of Operations in operational processes and systems that support the key goals of the Central Campus. RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO)Assist Norcross Director of Operations during weekend, special events and services (maintain service flow, attendance counts, overflow transitions, pre-service prayer and communion, department reports and spreadsheets).Coordinate and schedule Director's calendar with appointments, meetings, events and special projects as needed.Prepare and coordinate logistics for team meetings, volunteer meetings, and presentations (includes supplies, room reservations, meals, etc.). Work with the Team Leads (Staff & Volunteer) to identify needs and create actionable items to ensure effectiveness. Responsible for all fleet vehicle related activities maintenance and repairs, reservations, record keeping, registration & insurance, driver training, background checks.Reconcile Director of Operations & Operations Coordinator's monthly credit card statements/expense reports. Work with Staff and Volunteer Teams to promote a cooperative working climate. Assist the Operations Department with strategic planning and execution to enhance productivity and efficiency at both Staff and Volunteer levels.Work with the Operations Coordinator on SPM/EMS Teams, including but not limited to weekly meetings and trainings, etc.Submit vendor invoices to finance. Maintain and organize inventory of supplies, including communion elements, umbrellas, etc.Management and storage of Operations archives, blueprints, records and contracts. Participate in service planning meetings as required.
