Admin Assistant Test

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Key responsibilities include managing and distributing information within the office, answering and directing phone calls, coordinating schedules and appointments, preparing and organizing documents, and assisting with general office maintenance and organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software is required. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
