Are you a detail-oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for providing excellent support in a dynamic environment? We are currently seeking an Admin/Clerk to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. As an integral part of our business, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization. Responsibilities
+ Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with clients, employees, visitors, and any other personnel, both on the phone and in person.
+ Oversee clerical tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail, and packages between the office, warehouse, and external bodies.
+ Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new materials (stationery, IT software and hardware, phones, etc.) efficiently.
+ Welcome visitors to our business, ensuring guests are comfortable and connected with the right personnel.
+ Answer phone calls, take and deliver messages, and direct calls.
+ Ensure the office runs smoothly and employees' needs are met.
+ Operate office equipment.
+ Assist sales and warehouse departments with copying, quotes, commercial invoices, CRM entry/maintenance.
+ Proactively schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings, conferences, calls, interviews, and appointments.
+ Attend meetings required by management.
+ Prepare communications (memos, emails, invoices, reports, PowerPoints, Visio diagrams, Word docs, Excel spreadsheets, etc.) in a timely manner and meet deadlines.
+ Onboard and offboard employees and ensure that new hires have the necessary tools to complete work functions.
+ Arrange travel and coordinate meetings for executives and staff.
