Cleans and keeps all office buildings in an orderly condition.
Essential Functions: Cleans assigned areas, showers, washbasins, toilets, mirrors, floors and walls with brooms, mops, soap, and other cleaning materials.Performs cleaning duties such as waxing floors, emptying trash cans and waste baskets, dusting desks, furniture, equipment, and washing and cleaning windows.Sweeps walk-way and surrounding areas of building as required.Keeps working area in a clean and orderly condition.Reports necessary maintenance items in a timely manner.Places orders for cleaning supplies.Other duties as assigned.Physical Demands: Constant standing and walking throughout the shift.Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.Education/Training Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred (able to read and write in English).
