This role involves both clinical and administrative responsibility for managing all activities within the Inpatient Service. In collaboration with the Director, the Nurse Manager ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with regulatory standards and evidence-based clinical practices.
Skills:Minimum 5 years as a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical psychiatry experience. 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong critical thinking, math, and computer skills; effective team player. Knowledge of NYSDOH, JCAHO, and regulatory requirements; quality improvement models and tools.
