We currently have an open position for an Administrative Assistant at Lake+House Apartments which is a beautiful 640 unit apartment community located in Wheeling IL.


The right candidate will be a person who enjoys building relationships with their team members, our prospects and residents.
This position is responsible for assisting the coordination of all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, marketing and administrative duties within the office.
This position is also responsible for interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required Excellent interpersonal communication skills Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
