DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Provide administrative support to the staff of Robert C. Wood Apartments, including Program Director and Clinical Supervisor
+ Prepare check requests
+ Enter invoices and purchase requisitions in AESTIVA
+ Assist Program Director with required monthly internal and external (funding agencies) reports
+ Take weekly case conference and staff meeting notes
+ Create, maintain, and update forms
+ Inventory and ordering of office and program supplies
+ Handle confidential information
+ Responsible for interoffice mail pick up and drop off as needed.
+ Deliver documents to city offices and other locations as needed.
+ Maintain files
+ Type memos upon request
+ Basic receptionist duties
+ Related duties as assigned
HOURS:
37.5 hours per week
+ Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or GED required.
Good writing and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and to think outside the box.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Bilingual preferred.
*Vaccination preferred but not required.
