The full-time Administrative Assistant is needed to support the operations team.
College students and recent grads are encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions:
•Perform data entry within JDE operating system per given instructions
•Create and update spreadsheets/scorecards as directed
•Must flex within functional areas
•Assist in scheduling and managing employee engagement events.
•Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.
•Assist driving trucks when needed.
•Perform other duties as required or directed by management.
Qualifications:
•Able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
•Must have valid drivers license.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel; Excellent computer skills
•Strong communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
This includes the ability to speak and write clearly to deliver client service excellence - over the phone, through e-mail, or in all other interactions.
•Ability to hold self and others accountable to meet commitments, consistently delivering results within required timelines and expectations.
•Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously, while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
•Adhere to Morgan's dress code policy.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Some college coursework, preferably in business, communications, administration or human resources
•An interest in administration; any related coursework
