*** The Administrative/Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for providing accounts payable and administrative support to the plant and workforce.
This role works closely with plant leadership, team members, corporate functions, and external vendors.
The coordinator will manage accounting processes, human resources administration, and general office tasks.
Some of the Responsibilities of the Administrative/Accounts Payable Coordinator include: Prepare and process invoices, including Purchase Order (PO) matching, coding, and data entry.Manage PO processing, including entering, transmitting, and receiving POs into the inventory control system.Resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.Invoice rough and trim package billings weekly and tabulate monthly shipments.Schedule and conduct new employee orientations, ensuring all paperwork is processed through payroll and benefits.Maintain confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Perform office administrative tasks such as mail distribution, supply orders, and providing support to other departments as needed.Support plant events such as employee awards, company lunches, and maintaining employee bulletin boards.
