Administrative Assistant, Banking (Wealth Management)

Intro
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our Wealth Management team at our Tacoma, Washington branch.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our complex Wealth Management branch offices, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our employees and clients.


Job Details
- Working on-site 5 days a week, from 8am-3pm each day.

- Handle cashiering duties and ensure the accuracy of client transactions.

- Interact with employees throughout the branches within the complex.

- Support unaligned advisors (sales reps) and provide backup to other associates.

- Responsibilities include drafting correspondences, answering phone calls, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, ordering office supplies, and other office duties as required.


Mandatory Skills
- Previous office administration work experience.

- Customer service experience.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).


Desired Skills
- Experience in the Banking industry or Wealth Management.

- Knowledge of trading.

- Experience working with any type of financial software.
