Position Summary: To provide administrative support to CareerCompass program and management, complete various projects to assist in the achievement of program goals and provide support for the front desk.
Provide assistance in the following areas: scoring of assessments, time keeping, attendance tracking.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for attendance tracking and meeting timekeeping deadlines for all CareerCompass clients.
Ensure accuracy of reporting engagement activities in SEAMS on a daily basis.Review all submitted staff timesheets for client attendance.
Conduct quality assurance within internal system to ensure 100% accuracy of timekeeping and -MetroCard entered in SEAMS on a daily basis for all assigned clients.Process Failure to Report (FTR) and Failure to Comply (FTC) clients daily following established processes and appropriate deadlines.
Conduct outreach for all FTR clients within designated timeframe.Responsible for the collection of participants' timekeeping documents in both hard copy and electronic form.
Review emails, workshop attendance, and excused documents to enter into SEAMS on a daily basis.Provide backup for reception and front desk coverage, as necessary.
Responsible for Metrocard distribution to eligible clients and obtain client signatures in the MetroCard Log.Scan documents to the pending drive and upload to Credible, review scanning to ensure uploads are processed accuratelyAssist with scanning and making copies for client and program needs.Provide assistance in the computer labs, helping clients navigate job search sites.Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required1 year related experienceBilingual is a plus.Strong organizational skills.
Salary: $40,000/year

Schedule: Working M to F on site.

Program Overview: NADAP's CareerCompass, one component in HRA's initiative to address the unique needs of improving employment and training outcomes in NYC, provides orientation, comprehensive and individual employability assessments and service coordination for adults 25 years of age and older.As the first step in HRA's programming, CareerCompass will identify and connect individuals to an education, training and/or employment track.
