Job Title: Bakery Administrative Assistant
Job Description: The Bakery Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the bakery's management team and ensures smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with payroll and billing.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: Answering phone calls and emails, addressing customer inquiries and orders.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Maintaining inventory records and ordering supplies.
Assisting with payroll processing and billing tasks.
Filing and organizing documents, both physical and digital.
Supporting the bakery staff with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer service experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
