Job Description: Responsibilities Provide administrative support services to Principals and Engagement Teams as assigned, assisting with tasks such as research, administration of surveys, billing, shipping, management of office supplies, management of professional association/organization memberships and/or meetings, CPE forms and compliance, miscellaneous special projects.
Maintain electronic calendars (MS Outlook), coordinate appointments, organize meetings, resolve conflicts, manage meeting logistics (scheduling, set-up, catering, etc.)
Coordinate travel arrangements.
Assist with weekly Time & Expense entry and act as a delegate for approvals as needed.
Assist with the preparation, review, proofreading, and formatting of deliverables, engagement letters, presentations, proposals, marketing efforts, etc.
Prepare and disseminate reports and assist with system data entry.
Assist with event planning and execution.
Assist with new client set ups Perform other duties as required and assigned Qualifications Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with team members.

Demonstrated ability to utilize basic features of Micro oft Word and Outlook independently.

Demonstrated ability to produce a quality work product after moderate review.
Able to productively receive and apply feedback to realize an enhanced product quality.
