Administrative Assistant / Customer Service

The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications. Responsibilities: Answer phone calls/general email inquiries and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.Data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivableProvide support for logistics/freight coordination Keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible.Act as point of contact for vendors and customers.Qualifications: 2+ years' experience as an administrative assistantStrong organizational, communication, and time-management skillsPositive, high-energy attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) and Google SheetsKnowledge of an ERO (like Sage X3) preferred but not required.Fluent in English and Spanish Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 2:30 PM (in office, not remote) No Third Party Agencies or Submissions Will Be Accepted.
