Job Description
•Utilize Tech Metric tool to generate reports
•Retrieve repair order numbers from the system
•Cross-reference repair order numbers with statements
•Analyze discrepancies and identify matches
•Log and monitor discrepancies for resolution

Skill Set
•At least a minimum of 2 years work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role •Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
•Strong organizational skills •Proficiency in making phone calls and sending emails for effective communication •Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis •High responsiveness to inquiries and tasks •Demonstrated consistency and dependability in performing duties and meeting deadlines •Strong mathematical skills
