This Administrative Assistant / Health Insurance Enrollment Specialist position has the primary responsibility to assist in administrative tasks in the enrollment process for clients.
In this role, successful candidates need to be highly organized with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Promptly confirm receipt of enrollment requests.Accurately process data entry updated member/subscriber demographic and benefits election information in a timely manner.Communicate to client the request has been processed appropriately.Address internal and external client inquiries with professionalism.Track and report incoming requests and completion for management review.Work closely with both internal and external clients to help refine and evolve system and process to run more smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent data entry experience.Strong attention to detail and organization.An understanding of basic office technology platforms.Ability to quickly and efficiently perform accurate data entry, as needed between various systems within company.Ability to adapt to change and develop new processes in a fast-paced team environment with enthusiasm.The capacity to work independently and problem-solve quickly.Customer Service phone experience.Suitability for a high-performance culture.High energy, ability to prioritize and a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environment.
