QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proof of high school graduation/GED equivalent.
* Demonstrated proficiency in applied technology (Microsoft Office).
* Demonstrated proficiency in general office management and procedures.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Must have a high level of integrity and confidentiality regarding student records, employment records and campus issues.
* Must be self-motivated, possess the ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and work collaboratively.

SALARY/PAY GRADE:
$25,100/CP-4 as approved by the Board of Trustees
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Process correspondence for assistant principals and counselors.
* Assist campus administrative assistant with typing and dispersing school communications (e.g., weekly newsletter, monthly calendar, notices, etc.
).
* Enter data for district information (e.g., report cards, discipline records).
* Assist in preparing for special activities.
* Maintain confidential files for assistant principals, counselors, and/or director of instruction.
* Maintain bookkeeping records for budget and activity account.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the principal.
* Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
