SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant provides administrative and general office support.
This position support efforts in implementing business strategy, mission, plans and goals.
Work involves conducting basic research, drafting reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, travel requests, travel reimbursements, maintaining calendars and creating presentations.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.

Assists and maintains executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinates and prioritize meeting requests, ensuring efficient use of time.
Prepares meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
Provides comprehensive administrative support to team, including drafting and proofreading correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
Handles incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, and respond or redirect as appropriate.
Maintains an organized filing system for documents, records, and correspondence.
Handles sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Ensures compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.
Assists in the coordination and execution of special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned.
Conducts research, gathers data, and prepares reports or presentations as required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Office Administration, and minimum of two to four (2-4) years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education / experience.
