What you will be doing: Preparing email correspondence, manuals, meeting agendas, minutes, and distributionsManaging department staff schedules as neededCoordinating meeting logistics for both internal and external meetingsCoordinating travel arrangements and processing expenses for department staffCollaborating with Finance to process member reimbursements for travel expensesProcessing Risk Funds for members and insuredsProviding support for various projects, workshops, and symposiaUtilizing software tools to enhance department efficiencies and project outcomesSupporting intermediate planning functions for projects, meetings, and programsScheduling onsite and virtual meetings with members and external organizationsPerforming other duties as assigned to support the department's goals What you bring: High School Diploma or G.E.D.
required; Associate's Degree preferred2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role is requiredAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with Concur, Docusign, and ImageRight is strongly preferredWorking knowledge of Jira or similar project management software is a plusStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and emotional intelligenceGreat grammar and mathematical skillsAbility to stay organized, handle multiple projects, and adapt to changing prioritiesA professional demeanor in interactions with external organizations, hospital leaders, and internal staff To learn more about the workplace culture and this position, please apply!
