Administrative Assistant The Opportunity:

Thismulti-faceted Administrative Assistant role will provide comprehensive supportin various functions including celebrations, events, executive calendarmanagement, and other administrative tasks as needed by the team.
This highenergy, detail-oriented role is critical in ensuring smooth, efficient, andservice-oriented operations.

What You'll Do: Celebrationsand Events: Support in planning, coordination,participation and execution of large and small company events, celebrations,and employee recognition programs, including participation and set up and clean-upof events.
Administrative Duties: Support team members in maintenance andupdating of business records and other responsibilities as neededincluding filing, copying, data entry, reports, meeting preparation, and recordsmanagement.
Assist with team and project initiatives as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Participate in and take minutes in a weekly team meeting.
ExecutiveCalendar Management (asneeded, approximately 5 hours a week): Manage calendars and schedules for executives as needed.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar details accurately.
Communicate and prepare materials for meetings.
Take meeting minutes as requested.
What You'll Need: Minimum 2 yearsof administrative assistant experience required.
High School Diploma or GED required and Administrative AssistantCertificate a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office365 (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Smartsheet and willingness and ability to learn other software tools.
Demonstrated abilityto effectively prioritize work and calendars in a positive and goal-focused environment.
Exceptional organization, timemanagement and adaptability skills.
Excellentcommunication, collaboration, and people skills.
Professionalism, discretion,and initiative with strong bias to action.
Passion for supporting teams, individuals, and projects as well as your own initiative to learn and grow.
