Description
The Evolution Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Administrative Team as an Administrative Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with the Director of Operations and the Executive Director on various projects as well as with insurance companies, patients, and counselors to ensure accurate and timely billing and reimbursement for behavioral health services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in organizing and implementing special projects.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with technology, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Other responsibilities would include checking in and greeting all clients that come in for service for the Evolution Group, working as a scheduler for 5-7 therapists, including administrative duties for the Director & Director of Operations.
Requirements
Requires management of a number of competing work priorities in a time-restricted environment.
You would need to have the ability to work as a team player in a busy office environment.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit for extended periods of time, operate various office equipment such as a copier, printer, facsimile machine, multi-line phone, and computer.
Collaborate and coordinate details related to conference, trainings, seminars and gambling conferences.Review and verify patient insurance information, including eligibility and benefits each month or as needed.Coordinate with counselors to ensure accurate and timely billing of medical services.Answer patient inquiries related to insurance coverage and billing.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and billing information.Stay current on insurance policies and regulations to ensure compliance.Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on unpaid claims.Answering phone calls and responding to emails and voicemails.Treats clients of the Evolution Group with respect and dignity and maintains client confidentiality at all times.Maintains all clients' service records in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Evolution Group.Corresponds with outside agencies through faxes, e-mails, and phone calls to provide information on any upcoming trainings or training opportunities that may come up.
Communicates and coordinates with clinicians, Administrative Lead & Director of Operations regarding client, administrative, and public relation matters.Maintains client financial records and takes payments.
Salary Description
$14-$18/hr DOE
