Regan Communications Group (RCG) is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as Administrative Assistant.
This individual needs to be reliable, honest, and organized, with a positive attitude.
They are expected to be punctual and a good multi-tasker as the days are fast paced and the Chairman's schedule is ever-changing.
Primary responsibilities of the position are as follows: Manage and maintain the Chairman's appointment calendar by planning, scheduling and confirming meetings and appointmentsPlacing and taking phone calls to and from clients/personal contactsSchedule personal appointments and events which include all relevant details such as location, contacts, phone numbers, etc.Coordinate corporate and personal travel including airfare, hotel, car service, restaurant reservations, itinerary, and materialsMaintain various contacts and files of the Chairman'sManage all written and email correspondenceDrive Chairman to and from meetings and appointments Manage all company cars ie.
keep all cars filled with gas, routine maintenance (oil changes, inspection stickers, registration stickers, etc.
)Miscellaneous errands or pick up/drop offs for companyDog friendly office, afternoon puppy drop off to QuincyMonitor/manage all company credit card expenses; responsible for recording billable expensesManage and coordinate distribution of company season tickets Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher Excellent administrative, written and interpersonal communication skillsOrganized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environmentPerforms well independently and under pressure; diplomatic and professional while working with clients and co-workersDetail orientatedRecognizes, understands, and respects confidentialityPossesses outstanding work ethic and time management skillsProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Additional Information: Job Type: Full-timeCompensation based on experience 401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insurance Why Regan?
