What we are looking for:
We are looking for a key resource to directly support the Head of the US Real Estate Debt team and to provide administrative support to the rest of the team.
This key position requires a proactive, multi-tasking individual with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Bound by absolute confidentiality, this trustworthy person will have to understand business needs quickly and adapt to various contexts involving diverse stakeholders.
Your responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support primarily to the Head of the US Real Estate Debt team to the rest of the team as needed to ensure efficient operations.
* Calendar management including scheduling meetings and appointments.
* Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room set up and catering.
* Greet office visitors.
* Book travel arrangements.
* Create and submit expense reports.
* Act as a trusted support person and coordinate all activities required to meet the demands of ongoing priorities, including agenda management.
Must have requirements to be successful in this role:
* 3-7 years of prior administrative experience in a corporate environment.
* Strong sense of responsibility and pride in a job well done.
* Excellent ability to understand issues, problem-solve and be highly adaptable.
* Strong business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
* Excellent communication skills, a high level of professional discipline and a reputation for being diplomatic.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills and a sustained ability to prioritize work and make informed decisions.
* Mastery of the Office Suite communication tools and the technological tools in administrative support.

* Fiera Capital adheres to a hybrid working environment with 3 days in-office per week

For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
