We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates.
Currently, We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for a family-owned and operated e-commerce company.
Our client is a worldwide leader in their specialty and emphasizes teamwork.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the specific duties listed below.



Your specific duties will include: Daily order processing responsibilities throughout the workday, which involve attention to detail and focus on general shipping guidelines. Assist with the quality control function as part of daily order management. Assist with answering incoming phone calls from customers, placing product orders, and answering questions. Track inventory of various office, breakroom, and shipping supplies and coordinate reorders as needed in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions. Work closely with senior management as needed for special projects. Normal workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 5:00 pm CST. Specific qualifications for the position include: Stellar interpersonal skills ability to assist customers via phone and email. Dedication to providing a high level of customer service Ability to professionally collaborate with co-workers, management, and customers. Attention to detail and initiative to work with minimal supervision Professional attitude/appearance, strong work ethic, and reliable work history. Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) Pay Rate Range: $36000 - $40000 per annum



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
