Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
Location: Carrollton, Tx
M-F/8am to 5pm
Temp-to-hire
$20-24hr
Job Description: Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and manage a variety of administrative tasks to
ensure efficient operation of the office.
Your role will be crucial in maintaining the office environment and supporting other staff members with administrative duties.

Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer, screen, and route phone calls professionally and efficiently.

Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.

Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document
preparation.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Work closely with the Chief Operating officer for administrative tasks.

Support other departments with various administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:
MUST be a Texas Notary High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are beneficial
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Professional appearance and attitude
Outstanding organization and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
