Responsibilities:
Track, compile, organize and submit appropriate expense reimbursements and vendor invoices into Chrome River Create and maintain electronic pleading/discovery indexes File paper documents into appropriate locations Download/save documents into the document management system Arrange attorney travel and lodging to and from all locations, if needed Coordinate/maintain the off-site records inventory and internal Records Management system Input attorney time into InTapp or similar time-reporting software Assist attorneys, paralegals and legal practice assistants in preparing trial, hearing and deposition binders Assist with closing of all files upon conclusion of case per each department's standard closing protocol Maintain, input and update all contacts in firm's client database as well as all docket sheets and other sources Prepare, proofread and process all engagement/acknowledgement letters and other correspondence, prepare new matter intake form, prepare docket sheet and set up client report template as new files are opened Performs conflicts checks Assist with opening new matters in the electronic system Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Office/Clerical Administrative experience is required Experience with data management using InterAction (CRM), Chrome River and Microsoft Suite with advanced level experience in Word and Outlook Ability to draft, proofread and edit correspondence, memoranda, e-mails with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills Ability to work autonomously or in a team environment Work well under pressure and strict deadlines
The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 and represents the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications and location.
