As part of our Demand Science team, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks supporting operational and strategic plans for multiple business leaders on the team.
You will report directly to our Senior Vice President of Demand Science.
Given the dynamic nature of this role, you will work with a broad range of individuals including members of the senior leadership team, board members, leaders reporting to the SVP of Demand Science and executive assistants of SLT.
Your Impact: Provide administrative support including calendar management, meeting, travel coordination, processing of expense reports and invoices.Support department document retention process and systems.Create, proof, and distribute PowerPoint presentations.Help proof and edit department communications.Contribute to the excellent reputation of the organization through professional, friendly and respectful interactions internally and externally.Undertake special assignments on different topics as requested by the SVP. Your Experience: High School Diploma required; or Associates or Bachlor's degree.3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders, producing quality work under short time constraints, and working with detailed confidential information.Experience in a team environment, demonstrating a high degree of tact, discretion, flexibility and diplomacy.Experience building and maintaining professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with team members, including staff, board members and external partners.Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams); SAP Concur or similar travel and expense tool.
