**Responsibilities:**

+ Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Director as required.

+ Manage the Director's schedule to include travel arrangements, coordinating meetings and appointments, and screening telephone calls.

+ Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, minutes, etc.
as instructed.

+ Perform other administrative and secretarial functions as required by the Director.

+ Greet and direct visitors and team members.

+ Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

+ 2 years of Administrative Support experience required

+ Microsoft Suite experience required ( PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
