Commitment to company growth to support the personal growth of our team. Administrative Assistant We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Edmonds, Washington, Office. This person will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization, while performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
We are looking for a driven and organized individual who has excellent communication skills, experience with customer service, and the desire to learn different administrative tasks. We stress customer service and are looking for someone who prides themselves on their ability to interact and communicate with everybody involved
Supervisory Responsibilities None
Duties/ Responsibilities Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary Welcomes and directs visitors and clients Maintains filing systems as assigned Retrieved information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when neededResponds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questionsCoordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisorsRecords and distributes minutes or other records for meetingsMaintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipmentCopies, files, and retrieves materials as needed for Accounting DepartmentRelays changes of information to appropriate employeesManages date entries for project accounts in the project databasePerforms other related duties as assigned Required Skills/ Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with clients. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Desired Skills/ Abilities Experience with the database software, Ajera 3+ years of administrative experience Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required At least two years of related experience required. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Salary Range $20 - $24 per hour ($41,600.00 - $49,920.00 Yearly)
