Responsibilities
+ Assist with preparing and managing documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
+ Maintain organized and up-to-date records and databases.
+ Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients and vendors in a professional manner.
+ Perform general office duties such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
+ Support management with special projects and any additional administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
+ strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
+ strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
+ Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus but not required.
