Door Pro America, a leading provider of high-quality residential garage doors, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
In this role, you will provide administrative support to our New Construction division, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
As an Administrative Assistant, your responsibilities will include managing calendars, scheduling installations, handling correspondence, and performing general administrative tasks.
You will also assist with document preparation, and data entry.
This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities Manage calendars and schedule installations Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Perform data entry and maintain databases Ensure accurate and timely filing and record-keeping Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed Dispatching emergency and non- emergency service request to technicians Making outbound calls to confirm readiness of job site for following workday Tracking material delivery for proper turnaround time for install Generating/ Requesting purchase orders for billable materials or labor fees Reading architectural drawings (blueprints) to determine size of door that specific lot sites will be receiving Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development
