As the Company continues to experience steady growth, it is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the team.
The Administrative Assistant Position
The Administrative Assistant responsible for the execution of a variety of daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations for the company in addition to weekly payroll processing.
This position will be the face and voice of the M&M office, fielding calls, greeting visitors, working side by side with other team members, and assisting the President and Human Resources department with special projects as needed.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to: reviewing, verifying, and processing weekly payroll, research payroll discrepancies and work with management to resolve issues prior to posting, maintain personnel records and assist in onboarding new hires, assist Project Management with job related tasks, work with management on special projects as assigned, order, stock and distribute office supplies, develop and maintain employee appreciation programs, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain and update files, records, certificates, and/or other documents.
