We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the capability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, including running errands, conducting research, and coordinating meetings. Key Responsibilities: Run errands for the office as needed, demonstrating reliability and time management skills. Multi-task and pivot between various tasks as required, maintaining flexibility and efficiency. Conduct accurate research and document information, ensuring the reliability of data and reports. Coordinate and facilitate both internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and following up on action items. Provide administrative support to upper management, including but not limited to scheduling, correspondence, and managing specific requests. Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects with a proactive approach, assisting various departments as needed. Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents. Electronic uploading and management of documents Required Skills: Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular). Reliable transportation and good driving record Optional Skills: Experience with office management software like ERP, CRM, etc. Basic bookkeeping and/or project management experience. Familiarity with online meeting tools such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
