As a Construction Project Coordinator this person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction projects.
Job Duties:
+ Assist in the planning and initiation of project schedules and procedures.
+ Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of projects.
+ Ensure project activities comply with the project plans and company policies.
+ Communicate with project stakeholders, contractors, and other relevant parties to keep them informed of progress and any changes.
+ Prepare, review, and update project documentation, including contracts, permits, and technical reports.
+ Identify and resolve any potential issues or roadblocks to the successful completion of the project.
+ Monitor project progress, make adjustments as necessary, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications
+ bachelors degree in Business Administration or related degree
+ 0-1 year of project coordinating experience
+ ability to navigate through technology
+ strong written and verbal communication
