We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Other exceptional perks What you'll be doing: Maintains and organizes electronic files for management as needed.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Processes day to day administrative items per supervisor's request (i.e.
expense reports, Purchase Orders, HR transaction forms, budgets, and others as assigned) Prepare operational reports for timesheet monitoring and project tracking.
Collect and consolidate manager's notes from various reports and summarize for review.
Checks deadlines on all incoming requests and takes initiative on appropriate priorities.
Prepares special reports per supervisor request.
Assists in streamlining administrative processes to enhance overall team efficiency.
Other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for: Associate's degree.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency and complete them in a timely and professional manner.
Interpersonal Skills-maintains confidentiality, remains open to others' ideas and exhibits willingness to try new things.
Oral communication-speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, demonstrates group presentation skills and conducts meetings.
Written Communication-edits work for spelling and grammar, presents numerical data effectively and is able to read and interpret written information.
Quality control-demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Adaptability-adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change regarding tasks and responsibilities, delays or unexpected events.
Dependability-consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
