Job Responsibilities: Greet and redirect callers by answering telephone calls, determining the nature of business, and directing callers to the appropriate destinations. Welcome guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone and answering or directing inquiries. Manage daily management flow, including scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, telephone, department and group meetings, expense reports, files, and travel plans. Prevent scheduling conflicts and/or anticipate and resolve conflicts competing with senior executives/schedule and/or priorities. Prepare and store information by gathering information, compiling reports, organizing data, and creating presentations, as needed. Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level and anticipating needed supplies. Help with different office tasks, bank deposits and mailing services. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Other duties as assigned.
