Draft and prepare reports, and presentations as needed.- **Documentation Management**:Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation. Ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.- **Meeting Coordination**:Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, dinners, and other events.- **Project Assistance**:Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the Plant Director. This may include conducting research, preparing reports, and tracking project progress.- **Office Management**:Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is in working order. Manage office budget and expenses as directed.- **Compliance Support**:Assist with ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.**What We Are Looking For**:- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook)- Strong organizational and time-management skills- Excellent English written and verbal communication abilities- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptable to changing priorities and demands.- Proactive and self-motivated.LI-MA1
