Compensation: $56,160 annual salary (US Dollars)

Responsibilities:
•Maintained all records of Port Authority SIDA Badges and Customs Seal clearance and DR1 records and clearance.
•Request and Scheduled SIDA class training.
•Maintained records and coordinate with Port Authority in relations to Void, revoke and suspended SIDA badges and mail out letters to retrieve Port Authority id card.
•Prepared Port Applications for SIDA badge for new applicants and submit same to Port Authority and schedule fingerprint appointments.
•Assist employees with the renewal process for SIDA badge, customs seal.
•Reviewed and submit quarterly and yearly audit to US Customs and Port Authority.
•Coordinate with Port Authority and Customs in relations to any questions or quarries.
•Reviewed, complete and submit new applications for US Customs Seal.
•Attend Bimonthly meeting and stay up to date with changes in port Authority.
•Primary point of contact: Authorized signatories are the primary point of contact between companies and the Airport Security Credentialing Office.
•Application process: Authorized signatories instruct applicants on the application process and verify applications and documents.
•Access levels: Authorized signatories determine and justify access levels.
•Endorsements and privileges: Authorized signatories determine endorsements and privileges.
•Purpose of ID cards: Authorized signatories explain the purpose of Airport Security ID Cards.
•Training: Authorized signatories are responsible for scheduling Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) training for employees.
Employees must complete the training and pass a test to receive an Airport Security ID Card.
•Lost or stolen ID cards: Authorized signatories must be notified immediately if an employee's Airport Security ID Card is lost or stolen.
•Authorized signatories must complete training and renew it annually.
•Assist employees with completing their I-9 through HireRight
