Directly support three C Level executives in terms of scheduling meetings, travel coordination, conference room setup, etc.
Ensure expense reimbursements are being completed via finance team, provide necessary documentation as needed Assist with ordering department supplies as needed Act as gatekeeper for items needed from Executives, ensuring confidentiality and timeliness.
Experience Preferred:

Three years of related experience Ability to work independently Strong written and verbal communication skills #INAUG2023
