Our client, a leading asset management firm headquartered in Midtown East is looking for a long-term temp Administrative Assistant to support a team of professionals within their multi-asset investing group.
This role is covering a parental leave, starting on December 2 nd (allowing for a week or two of overlap training) with a contract through late April/ early May.
This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday.
The hours are 9am-5pm with a 30 minute lunch break.
They do not anticipate much OT with this role.
Hourly pay rate is up to $40/hr DOE.

Responsibilities: Heavy calendar management.
Working proactively on this / checking professional's calendar for conflicts.
Booking travel (domestic & international).
Reconciling expenses.
Answering the phone (via Zoom Phone).
Ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications: Minimum of 4+ years of administrative experience (finance is ideal).
Concur experience.
Experience booking travel.
MS Office Suite.
