Client Overview:
Our client, a prestigious law firm located in the heart of Manhattan, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Administrative Assistant to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment with a team of experienced legal professionals.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr - $30/hr
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and other legal staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
This Administrative Assistant position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
* Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
* Assist with preparing and editing legal documents, reports, and presentations.
* Maintain and update client files and databases.
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
* Liaise with clients, court officials, and other professionals.
* Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing.
* Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant:
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Professional demeanor and appearance.
Education Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
