**WHAT YOULL DO:**
Provide advanced administrative support to Divisional Vice President and one or more other Managers/Directors as assigned.
Responsibilities to include use of Microsoft Office 365 to manage calendars, perform word processing, create spreadsheets, and presentations.
Use Concur to prepare expense reports and make domestic and international travel arrangements.
Create work orders for equipment or facility maintenance issues.
Arrange meetings and events.
Use SAP programs to prepare purchase orders and process invoices.
Receive and direct visitors, file physical and electronic documents in compliance with corporate and government regulations.
Demonstrate ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors.
Sensitivity to confidential matters and an eye for detail is required.
Other duties include-
+ Manage correspondence mail distribution and private conference room.
+ Compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
+ Follows purchasing and requisition procedures, Corporate Security and Privacy Rules, Corporate Branding Guidelines, and Copy Center procedures (if applicable).
+ Order departmental office/kitchen supplies.
+ Use and understand Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and other business-specific software, including the Corporate Travel Web site, and Workday (Timekeeping).
+ Coordinate new employee office set-ups, onboarding and moves.
+ Assist with monthly Financial Statement assembly, scanning and delivery.
+ Ad-hoc requests by Corporate Accounting and Reporting team.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING**
**High school diploma or equivalent.
**
+ 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
+ Operates independently and works on own initiative.
+ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook required.
The base pay for this position is $22.00 $44.00 per hour.
In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
