The General Manager's Administrative Assistant at Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills will work closely with the General Manager, providing essential administrative support and contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, assertive, friendly, and detail oriented.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, from 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
What You'll Do: Manage and maintain the General Managers' calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents.
Act as a point of contact between the General Managers and internal/external stakeholders.
Plan and coordinate special events, luncheons, and meetings as required.
Oversee and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.
Assist with the onboarding and training of new administrative staff.
Ensure the office is organized and runs efficiently and maintain office supplies inventory.
Support in additional day-to-day tasks, as needed.
Oversee and provide guidance to two direct reports.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
What You Need to Excel in this Role: Education: High school diploma or GED Experience: 3-5 years of experience working as an executive or administrative assistant Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept in project management and working in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to enhance productivity and optimize resources.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
